Accountability in Practice
-Find some way to hold your players responsible, such as a chart that rates what they are doing wrong and what they are doing correctly
-Here at Franklin, we do a priority chart with several ratings on offense, defense, and rebounding that we keep during each game. They rate out with positives and negatives in each category and an overall rating of their performance on any given night. But we also do one in practice for rebounding and defensive effort as incentives.

Conditioning - make sure your team is prepared for the long and difficult season ahead of you
Floor Time - make sure every time you are on the floor counts, decide how many days a week you would like to go and make the most of that time
Player Development - keep the players in the gym workng to get better and improve their game in their own time
